Don’t you hate it when you have an artistic family member, and they just don’t at all consider your art, no matter how bad it is, at least somewhat saveable? I drew this thing four times, and each time was bad. This time it was better. And you know what she said? “Don’t post it, it’ll make you look bad,” and, “Why don’t you draw something different?”
Bitch, I draw different things every day, I just don’t show them to your fucking face because I know you’ll just glance at it and look away in disgust and say, “Yeah, okay.”
This was written by a little 6 year old girl. I babysit her and her two sisters - Rebecca and Mia, and before they go to bed they all sit down and write little prayers to God.
This was the one that Hollie wrote last time, and it absolutely broke my heart. I mean, she’s six years old and she thinks she’s not beautiful. That’s not right. But she is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous. She’s got golden blonde hair, bright green eyes and a smile so beautiful that you melt a little inside when you see it.
When their mum got home, I showed her Hollie’s prayer, and she was devestated. She’s a nurse so she’s seen a lot of horrible things, but I have never seen her like that. And so I had to do something.

My girlfriend and I received some bad news about our beloved kitty Oliver this morning. He ingested some ribbon that is trapped in his intestines could be potentially fatal if we don’t get him a very expensive surgery ASAP.
